University of Oregon Women's Rugby strives to teach and improve rugby skills to players, to promote team spirit through competitive games with other collegiate, regional, national, and international rugby clubs, to provide athletic conditioning as well as the conditioning of the players' aggression in a sportsman-like manner on and off the field, and to recognize and promote the national growth and interest of women's rugby.​
